Again, not really for sale...just adding to my book. But Ted and I are in a little bit of a disagreement over when to do it. I think in order to get as much equity as we can we better sell it before the market crashes even lower. He says that's a stupid reason to sell...what say ye?

That is a crazy bush...one that you could part with a few flowers once in a while....don't know about the selling thing...I would say, put it up, ask for what you want...and don't sell just because you have a buyer...
